A huge congratulations goes out to Nathan Outlaw as his Port Isaac restaurant has been named the best in the UK, knocking off Cumbria's L'Enclume from the top spot it's held for the last 5 years.
This is a huge testament to Nathan's talent, innovation, and expertise, but also showcases the amazing food and rink offering and quality of local produce in Cornwall as a region. I'd love to go and celebrate with a meal at Nathan Outlaws, however I sense that managing to get a table in the near future may be something of a challenge!
A Cornish fish restaurant has been named best in the UK, after five years at the top for the previous winner. The Good Food Guide put Port Isaac's Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, named after its owner, just ahead of Cumbria's L'Enclume, ending its winning run.
