The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) has opened six drop-in centres across England which farmers and landowners can access to submit their 2018 Basic Payment claims. The centres held at the Rural Payments offices in Carlisle, Reading, Exeter, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Workington and York are open from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (excluding bank holidays) and will close after the Basic Payment Scheme submission deadline on Tuesday 15 May.
