About Me

Mark is a partner in our dispute resolution team and has significant experience of advising clients on disputes of all types particularly those which are high value, complex, and business critical. His experience includes court litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (including mediation) and he also uses his skills to assist clients in dispute avoidance.

Mark’s expertise includes resolving complex contractual disputes (particularly in a technology context), procurement challenges and public law disputes, including judicial review and disputes with regulators (particularly in the energy sector).

Mark has a particular focus in the banking and finance, and the media, technology & manufacturing sectors, and has experience of acting for clients such as Principality Building Society, Barclays Bank, Screwfix, Connect Group, Department for Transport, RWEnpower, National Grid, Airbus, Dwr Cymru, Anglian Water and Kier MG.
