Provocateurs spark debate at our lively office opening....

By Nathan Peacey

To add a twist to our office opening celebrations, and harness our collective ambition for our city region, we decided to pose some thought provoking challenges to our our guests. The  fizz and canapes were energised by 3 thought provoking vignettes from Matt Cross (Invest Bristol and Bath), Sarah Pullen (Trinity Mirror) and Peter Gifford (Emmaus Bristol Business Incubator).

Matt challenged us to think about how we project and sell the region externally, Sarah asked us to think collaboratively about how we respond to economic and social challenges whilst Peter encouraged us to take responsibility to help address the consequences of social deprivation.

The debate and discussion followed long into the night and ideas for activity in response to the call to arms were in plentiful supply. Now to ensure that Actions Speak Louder...

Top 100 UK law firm, Foot Anstey opened the doors to its new office in 2 Glass Wharf to bring together the business community, to discuss and collaborate on the opportunities in Bristol and the regional community.
